- The rub not included in this article and you have to go look elsewhere. There are only 2 insurance companies that will work with the california exchanges. Everyone else has said screw that we arent doing it. Those 2 companys already control close to 90 percent of the insurance in the state...

- My personal opinion.. Its a choice of the woman to go out and buy them. Just like having an Abortion. I have no problem with it being sold w/o a prescription. I do have a problem with it being sold to minors without parental consent.
